Improvements to Parking Lots, Pavement, and Lighting at Virginia Western Community College

The project is generally described as the milling, replacement, and sealing of existing parking lots, signage, and lot striping within Lots 2, 4, 8, 11, 15, and the Webber Hall service yard, and replacing existing lighting poles, fixtures, and bases where indicated on drawings (Sheets C102, C104A, C109, C110, C111, and C202).
