Attendance by bidding general contractors is required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. beginning at the Town of Pulaski’s Engineering Department, 42 1st Street, Pulaski.
Sealed bids are invited for adaptive re-use of the McCarthy Building, 91 1st Street Street, Pulaski, VA, into a brewery and tasting rooms.
The Project is generally described as substantial renovations to both the exterior and interior of the building, as well as related site work.
Bid Deadline: 2:00 p.m., May 25, 2023, at the office of the Pulaski Town Manager, 42 1st Street, Pulaski VA 24301.
Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. beginning at the Town of Pulaski’s Engineering Department, 42 1st Street, Pulaski. Attendance by bidding general contractors is required.
Bid Bond will be required. Successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds.
Owner reserves the right to reject all bids should low bid received exceed funds available for project’s construction.
