This project consists of the installation of approximately 39,000 linear feet (L.F.) of 8- inch water line, a 172,000 gallon water storage tank, and all related appurtenances.

This project for the Town of Pineville will be upgraded as follows: new radio read meters for all customers, New trailer and mini excavator, the repair or replace approximately 25 fire hydrants, install 3 master meters for water accountability, and the replacement of existing 6” line with new 10” line from downtown Pineville toward booster station site on WV Rt 97.

Construction of a new sanitary lift station to serve multiple facilities along Falling Creek Road and upgrades to an existing sewage lift station on County Farm Road. Existing drain fields will be abandoned in place. Work includes new gravity piping and force main to connect the new lift station to the existing lift station northeast of the nursing home and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.

This project consists of the construction of a 26 AC pad, two wet ponds, utilities, and all associated appurtenances within the Wheatland Eco Park.

The Woods Creek Stormwater BMP Pond which includes (all values are approximate) Stormwater management pond with approximately 100,000 cubic feet of internal storage, 200 linear feet stormdrain, 5 stormdrain structures, tree removal, rock removal, landscaping, testing during construction, restoration, appurtenances, erosion and sediment control, material export; material import; etc. Price shall encompass a complete project, per the plans and specifications, to include but not limited to, mobilization; permits; erosion & sediment control; demolition; trenching, sheeting, shoring and dewatering; bedding, pipe installation, backfill, and compaction; utility replacements, relocations, or temporary bracing and shoring; temporary patching and permanent pavement replacement; reestablishment of green areas and landscaping; and all elements necessary to complete the Work in a complete and first class manner.
