This project consists of the replacement of multiple electrical panels, Motor Control Center, starters, and transformer at the Wise County Water Treatment Plant located in Carfax, VA

Mill, as required, and install 2” VDOT SM-9.5A surface asphalt on the roadways identified below. Contingency unit pricing is provided for any patching operations that may be required prior to final surface installation.

Project consists of construction of precast concrete tiered seating, walkways, new gravel roadway, landscaping and picnic supply items.

Existing Water System Renovations for the Town of Pineville will be upgraded as follows: new radio read meters for all customers, New trailer and mini excavator, the repair or replace approximately 25 fire hydrants, install 4 master meters for water accountability, and the replacement of existing 6” line with new 10” line from downtown Pineville toward booster station site on WV Rt 97.

The project is generally described as renovation of approximately 52,800 SF of the Southwest Virginia Readiness Center to create new latrines and locker rooms, new classroom spaces, new kitchen and new exit corridors.
